SMS Terms & Conditions

Domaine sends text messages on behalf of the property manager or landlord you rent from (“your property manager”). Messages relate to your tenancy — rent reminders and payment receipts, maintenance and inspection updates, and property announcements. This is a transactional and informational program, not a marketing program.

You enroll by giving your mobile number to your property manager and confirming your consent — by replying YES to our confirmation text, checking an opt-in box, or giving verbal or written consent that is recorded. Consent is not a condition of your lease or of any service you receive.

Message frequency varies and depends on activity related to your tenancy.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Domaine does not charge for the messages themselves.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again. Opting out of texts does not remove you from other communications (email, in-app, mail) or from your obligations under your lease.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS provider) and with your property manager, solely to operate this program. Our full Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

You must be at least 18 and the account holder of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you enroll. You agree to notify us if you stop using that number.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
